What an amazing surprise. The decor in the Chalet was very impressive. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. It was cosy sitting in front of the woodfire while watching a DVD and relaxing, despite the cold nights outside. All you need to bring is food. Wood is available to buy from the owners. Chris, Tina and their family an incredibly welcoming family.

Stayed here over the Labour Day long weekend and is now in one of my favourite spots to camp.
Everything you need, clean amenities, close to so many things to see or do, plenty of space to just sit back and relax.
The owners and staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you enjoy your stay.
Definitely will be back.

Fantastic spot – our new favourite place to escape. Tine, Chris and family so welcoming and inclusive – clean amenities, great kitchen and Sunday night campfire all surrounded by nature and not far to beautiful coastline. Thank you for an awesome stay.

We’ve stayed a number of time previously and always enjoy Boat Harbour Camp. Have to say the new owners, Tine & Chris, have bumped up the service standard even though it was always good. Tine & Chris were very friendly and helpful and just a pleasure to meet. They even served up a big pancake breakfast around the camp fire for our group. On this occasion we ‘glamped’ and the tent was great – the mattress perfect. Everything about Boat Harbour is just the best.

Hi, I am trying to make a booking on your web site, but every time I submit the booking info on the web page, it goes into a loop.
Could you please let me know how else I can make a booking without calling long distance from abroad?

Gary & Margaret, thanks once again, 10 good days in a special place to me. Was intending to extend but with the powerline crew leaving in couple of days no way was I expecting the camp switched on just for me and the pup. Hopefully be back sooner rather than latter for some more fish, a camp fire, a can or three and a good dose of that extra oxygen.

Thank you for a most enjoyable and relaxing stay. We’ve spoken fondly of your campsite since and as a result we are considering coming back on the upcoming long weekend with a few of our friends. The area of 6 powered sites opposite camp kitchen looked appealing???
Thanks again!
Sorry Dean Cooper but we are on wiki camps & Free Range camping! Hope to see you in the near future!

Agree with below. Sometimes when we drive into a place we get a ” feel” for it. This is one of them. It’s so nice we might even stay another night. Our price includes everything except power. A great deal

Great stay, very quiet, amenities we’re old but clean and tidy, fire pits, close to or at, nearly every site, hosts were super friendly and full of tips and info and had beautiful Labrador pet dog welcome everyone, enjoyed our stay, especially being able to have a fire.
